Suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and other federal, state, and local laws. All suppressors must be transferred through a licensed dealer holding both a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) status. You are solely responsible for:

  • Selecting a qualified FFL/SOT dealer and emailing their information to cottonmouthcans@gmail.com
  • Completing all required federal paperwork and approvals for transfer
  • Complying with every law that applies to the purchase, possession, transport, and use of your suppressor

Cottonmouth Cans makes no representation about the legality of suppressor ownership in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. Cottonmouth Cans may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Inability to verify your information or your dealer's licensing
  • Legal restrictions in your jurisdiction
  • Pricing or product listing errors

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, you will receive a full refund.
